Please be assured that our team is actively working with Square to resolve the issue and restore our services as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we recommend [alternative ordering method, e.g., "ordering directly from our website" or "calling our customer service hotline at (phone number)"] for any immediate needs.

The Orda team is excited to announce the availability of discounts to the Orda Mobile App and Kiosk Ordering. If you set up a discount in your Square admin and allowed it to the integrations, and when your customers meet the discount conditions, the amount or percentage will be applied automatically to the order.

It is now easier and faster to see the menu item images in Orda Express Kiosk Ordering. So on every load of your menu the items images are preloaded instantly and showed right away.

We are excited to announce an Orda Express menu option that will make the life of buyers much easier and the ordering process faster.
The idea behind this option is to show more items in one screen but still allow them to get more info when selecting a product.
Here are some examples:

To reverse the menu and show the old way - Go to the Orda Dashboard, from the kiosk settings select the Card Type option of "Image & Text".

Do you have a modifier that is only available in-store and you don't want to show to online shoppers?
We are thrilled to announce a long awaiting add-on that allows sellers to hide specific modifiers just in our online ordering - Web / App / Kiosk.
You can specify specific modifier name or use a keyword that will filter the modifier (for example HIDDEN)

Since customers want to easily switch from desktop to mobile we added a new QR code that is automatically helps customers point and click to your mobile app ordering. Important to mention, this QR code is added only to the desktop version of your landing pages (to make the experience easier on mobile).
