Delivery fee and Tips
In the attached images from our square platform that shows the transaction. It shows that the $7.35 tip was paid out to our employees but also included in the Orda Fee Source (total $15.35, $7.35 tip + $8 delivery fee). I'm assuming the tip is supposed to go to my employees but I'm not sure why it's getting broken up like that?
I have several modifiers that are optional. For example, a Latte has an optional milk alternative. By default we will use whole milk, but offer other options. That milk alternative modifier has NONE as the required, and 1 as MAX selections. When looking at the app it pre-selects the first entry and doesn't allow deselecting it. I think it would be ideal if the selections change to a "radio" button or dropdown when this configuration is in place as it does on Square Online. I know I can add "Whole Milk" as another option, but I shouldn't have to as it works everywhere else.
We are closed on weekends, and sometimes we have 3 day weekends due to holidays. When i hit the pause button, the messages says it will turn on in 24 hours. Why should I have to interupt my day to go back into Orda and hit pause again. We are on a college campus, sometimes we are closed for a week at a time. Pause needs to pause until WE turn it back on.
Catalog Item order / disorder
Hello, Everyday I have to move Catalog categories back to how I originally lined them up and hit the publish button. Every time i do this and then turn categories on and off on Orda dashboard during the day, these categories / catalog items do not stay in line the way I set them and thus do not display in order on the site. How do i insure that even if i turn a catalog item off, it remains in the same position so when i turn it on, it displays where i need it to be on the site? And the order remains the same way for me so I do not have to search through the catalog to find what i need to turn on or off? We need to turn Categories on and off frequently as our daytime categories are set for delivery and night time categories are not. When I turn any of the categories off, they do not stay in the same location in the catalog. This does not make sense. Can you let me know when it’s fixed as I cannot use the site until it is. It’s very time consuming to move catalog items three times a day, especially when I am responsible for 57 other jobs here TY!

Change Order ETA
So a fun little update for the future would be to use a feature already availble within Square. To change the pick up time and have it notify the customer. Sometimes you get busy, more than usual, and making an order can take more time. In the Order Menu on your Square POS when you click on an order to view the details (when ordered online with Square). The time set for pick by the customer is a hyperlink, if you click on it you can change the time of pickup buy choosing a set of pre-set times by Square or other and choose a specific time. This is doable before the order is being processed. Once the order has been marked as "in progress" the time can't be changed.
Ability to add reviews on Google page by customer
After placing an order can customer get notification/popup to add review on our google business page?
Special instruction box - optional
The Special instruction box should be optional. We do not have it available on our online square website because we do not accept substitutions to our menu. Our menu is made for a customer to fully customize their order on their own with any fees involved. When we had a box we came into issues, where customers would think they could go around paying for extras by just writing it in or changing ingredients. We do not want this to happen again.
