Trying to figure out how to get my square driven Orda app to recognize discounts. I sent an email to support 3 hours ago, of course they responded with a tutorial that has nothing to do with syncing up square to Orda, just for the purpose of showing the discounts. Of course, the tutorial is for setting up in square and not syncing. Now I am being ghosted by the tech support. I have this problem every time with Orda that instead of taking the time to actually answer the question, they send useless tutorial.

To display all variants, all variants must have an associated price with them. For the base rate modifier, add the base price in the field in the Square Edit Items page for said item.

Some of our customers are still experiencing ongoing issues with the app. The primary concern is that they are unable to process payments within the app and are also unable to redeem their rewards. We have attached a screenshot below that was provided by a customer to help illustrate the issue. App users see their loyalty rewards on the app, but at checkout it does not show an option to use their loyalty rewards.
