Why cant ASAP orders just be the prep time we set? All our orders that come through with ASAP selected show 15 minutes as there pick up time and it confuses the staff as they dont know if they should make it straight away. We only need 5 minutes for an ASAP order

Hi Daniel, you can set the prep time to 5 minutes through the dashboard in the catalog tab. Look at this tutorial if you need more info: https://university.getorda.com/catalog-management/change-prep-time

Roy Ganor: we have it set at 5 min, but the orders still come through with a pickup time of 15 minutes later on the receipt. So the staff dont know whether its to me made straight away or in 15 min

Daniel This is the same for our venue. We have it set to 10 minutes but it always prints as 15 and customers also see 15 minutes when they order.
