App set up - orders not going through

We are in the middle of setting up our app. It has been approved for the apple store (have not yet set up Android). We have tried to test a few transactions and nothing is going through. After selecting Apple Pay, going through the Apple Pay confirmation step successfully and returning to the checkout screen, nothing happens. The order does not come through to our store, neither does our card get charged. Please help!

Also - did you make sure that the app and your Square POS are configured with the same locations? I am asking because sometimes customers configure their app to use one location (under Locations tab in Orda) and in their store their POS is configured with another location.
Anyway, you should get an update asap!

hi Will O'Brien, thank you for letting us know! This is great you setup the app to look exactly how you want it to behave. We are enabling your app and it should be available soon for Google and App Store. An update should be uploaded today or tomorrow
