Hidden items showing up

I have items that I've placed in the "Hide items" section and they are all showing up on my app and my kiosk! Is there an immediate fix for this?

Karla Perry looks like the toggle for activating this was off so it showed all items. It's probably a usability improvement. We toggled it and republish now the items are hidden. Please restart your kiosk to see how this effects your stations

Hello Karla,

After hiding the items, have you clicked on the "PUBLISH" button in the top right corner of the dashboard? This is often an overlooked step.

hi Karla Perry if you mark items as hidden they should be invisible in your kiosks ordering - can you provide a specific item that is marked as hidden but still is showing? Also please:

provide your location name.
Make sure that there are no double items with the same name that you hide (some customers hide a product and find out that they have another item with the same name that they haven't mark as hidden)
