Ongoing App Issues

Some of our customers are still experiencing ongoing issues with the app. The primary concern is that they are unable to process payments within the app and are also unable to redeem their rewards.
We have attached a screenshot below that was provided by a customer to help illustrate the issue.
Troubleshooting steps we’ve taken so far include:
Deleting and reinstalling the app
Deleting and recreating the customer’s profile
