Ongoing issues with customers app

Hi There,
We have been getting feedback from customers about issues they are experience with the app and thought to pass it on to see if you can provide some feedback:
1 - Every time this customer checks out it asks for card details even though she saves them within the app - It seems like her details are not saving in.
2 - Can't select coffee size without scrolling or selecting another option first. It seems that the first option on the screen can't be selected unless they select an option from the second area first - We ask our customers to select coffee size first followed by milk etc.
We do try some troubleshooting first before coming to you - We get them to ensure the app is update if that is done and still not working we ask them to delete and reinstall the app.
Not every customer has these issues but it seems that those who have the issues it's not getting fixed.
